Additionally, we will gather details regarding the upcoming Oracle roadmap, notably assessing potential shifts in product utilization volumes.

Stage three then involves conducting a Feasibility Assessment to determine if savings can be realized, recommending immediately achievable savings for the upcoming renewal cycle as well as over the next 2 consecutive years.

The results of the Feasibility Assessment are presented in a report designed to outline, discuss, and agree on implementation strategies.

All cost savings are identified as ‘Achievable goals’. The final step is to define and agree on a strategy in order to implement the achievable goals, focusing on roles, responsibilities and timelines.
