Prior to joining ITAA, Rhys founded Digital Procurement Ireland, where he supported global clients in supplier consolidation, contract negotiation, and procurement maturity transformations. His past roles include key positions at Doctors Without Borders, the Government of British Columbia, Facebook (via Commscope), and Verizon, where he led procurement strategy, supply chain efficiency projects, and major IT procurement initiatives.
